Self-Managed Participants:
Step 1: Place your order directly on our website and include your NDIS number when checking out.
Step 2: After your order is confirmed, you'll receive an NDIS ready invoice from us.
Step 3: Submit the invoice through the NDIS portal to claim your rebate.

Plan-Managed Participants:

Step 1: Complete the Plan Managed enquiry form or email us at info@lillyslittlelunchbox.com and we will assist you in placing your order.

Step 2: Forward the invoice to your plan manager.

Step 3: Your plan manager will process the payment and submit the claim on your behalf.
Agency-Managed Participants:

* For eligible NDIS plans only. The prices provided are indicative and may fluctuate due to pricing changes, individual circumstances, or specific details of your NDIS plan. Delivery Fee is typically covered by the NDIS and not paid by the eligible participant. If you place an NDIS order with us, you acknowledge that Lilly’s Little Lunchbox will provide an itemised invoice for submission to the NDIS, clearly outlining the split between food costs (participant co-payment), preparation, and delivery charges (typically claimable under item code 01_023_0120_1_1 – Assistance with the Preparation and Delivery of Meals). While we are committed to supporting you through the NDIS process, it remains your responsibility to ensure that your NDIS plan has the appropriate funding available to cover the eligible components. In the event that the NDIS does not approve or fund part or all of the invoice, you agree to cover any outstanding amount in full. This ensures our service can continue operating reliably for all customers and providers.
